FAQs

Is there a drop off zone?

Yes, we have a small area at the nursery for drop-off and pick-up. There is also a few spaces on the road that only require a permit between 10:00-11:00 and 14:00-15:00.

Is there an outdoor play garden?

Yes, we have a dedicated outdoor play garden on the back of the nursery setting.

Each playgroup will enjoy a minimum of two outdoor sessions every day.

Do you have a buggy store?

Yes, there is a secure buggy store available.

What's included in fees with funding?

Our nurseries are open for 51 weeks of the year. Therefore, the Government funding of 38 weeks of the year (term time), is stretched over the full opening period; 15 hours equates to 11.18 per week and 30 hours equates to 22.35 per week. 2 day plans are capped at 20 hours per week. Free, funded hours are provided, with remaining hours charged at the standard hourly rate, at a voluntary consumables charge for meals, snacks, milk, and kPlus for Over 3’s is inclusive in the monthly fees displayed.

Do you offer discounts?

Our full-time (5-day) plans offer a 10% discount already included in the advertised fees. We also offer an 8% sibling discount, applied to the oldest sibling when their younger sibling joins us.

We also accept Tax-Free Childcare payments, and select employer schemes including Enjoy Benefits, Yellow Nest and TEDs.
