Understanding Your Baby’s Developmental Milestones – A Month-by-Month Guide

As parents, watching your baby grow and develop is one of the most exciting journeys you will experience. Every baby is unique, but there are key developmental milestones that most infants reach at different stages. Understanding these milestones can help you support your child's growth and identify any areas where they may need additional encouragement. At kinderzimmer, we embrace elements of the Montessori, Steiner, and Froebel approaches, fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment tailored to each child's needs.

What Are Developmental Milestones?

Developmental milestones are the skills and abilities most babies achieve within a certain age range. These include physical, cognitive, social and emotional development, and communication and language developments, all of which contribute to a well-rounded foundation for future learning.
